The use of Social Networks is not an "or", it's an "and." It's another way to talk to and connect with the consumer and bring your message to life. And in terms of use, you can connect with consumers more often - You can pulse those communications. It's all about knowing your type. The top brands make sure that that FIRST time they meet the consumer, it's a special occurence, and is meaningful.
